Here are the details of the STS team members, each of whom brings unique industry experience to enhance our support for clients.
Duncan Palmer
Mechatronic and Chemical engineer, Duncan has been in the renewable industry for more than 15 years. On completion of MBA, his focus was on the development of utility scale projects, but for the last decade has been in the design, supply and manufacture of single axis trackers.
Morné Pienaar
Civil engineer, Morné has over 18 years experience in the industry covering a wide variety of large scale engineering projects. For the past 3 years his focus has been on the engineering design of utility scale single axis trackers, their associated foundation requirements and site geotechnical analysis. He is professionally registered with ECSA.
Greg Maybery
Structural Engineer, Greg brings six years of expertise in designing residential, commercial, and industrial structures. In addition to this, he has three years of hands-on experience in the construction of utility-scale single-axis trackers, along with one additional year dedicated to the engineering design of these systems.
